What a great day at the SA Driver Experience Day last Friday at The Bend! 🚗💨

Workzone Training was proud to be there as a Gold Sponsor and to join industry members and guests for a day of driver experiences, practical training and plenty of fun along the way.

From the defensive driving and 4WD experiences to the hot laps and go-karting, it was fantastic to see everyone getting involved and enjoying what was a great day both on and off the track.

A big thank you to Traffic Management Association of Australia (TMAA) for putting together such a valuable experience.

Days like this are a great reminder of the importance of building connections across our industry, sharing knowledge and continuing to put safety at the forefront of what we do.

We were proud to be part of it and look forward to the next one!

Do you carry out short-term, low-impact roadside works?

The Short Term Low Impact (STLI) Course provides the knowledge and skills to safely undertake eligible low-impact works around roads and traffic.

In this course, you’ll learn about:
‣ STLI requirements and limitations
‣ Identifying hazards and assessing risks
‣ When STLI treatment is appropriate
‣ Working safely around live traffic
‣ Using an approved simplified Traffic Guidance Scheme
‣ Installing, monitoring and removing permitted traffic control devices
‣ Relevant South Australian requirements
