Swipe through for everything you need to know about our move from Kings Meadows to our brand new Watchorn Street clinic 👉

Charles St itself isn’t going anywhere, and all the services you know (Pilates, Physio, EP, Massage, and OT Hand Therapy & Psychology) are staying exactly the same. Some appointments may move over to Watchorn St, but if that applies to you, we’ll be in touch to let you know directly — no guesswork required.

We’re on track to be in by the end of this month!

No action needed from you right now — we’ll always make sure you know exactly where to go for your appointment 💬

🧗‍♂️ New episode of Hold That Thought is live!

This week we’re chalking up with Roland — physio AND climber — to talk about what climbing does to your body when you’re not looking.

We cover:
🤕 The injuries Roland sees in the clinic on repeat
😳 The “wait, THAT’S from climbing?” injuries nobody warns you about
💥 Wrists, lower backs and elbows — the unholy trinity of send-day regret
🧘 Why Roland wants you to put the static stretching down and step away

Turns out sending your project shouldn’t mean sending your body into early retirement.

📅 Book in with Roland and stay on the wall longer, not on the couch nursing your elbow.

Front page news! 🧡

We’re incredibly proud to see In-Balance featured on the front page of today’s news paper for the The Examiner, sharing the vision behind our physio expansion and our one-of-a-kind second clinic.

As Boss Man Scott Beeston says:

“We’ve been serving those clients for over 10 years, but this will enhance what we already do.”

We’re excited to keep growing, improving and creating better care for our community. 🧡

And if you’d like Scott or Michelle to sign your copy… they’re available for autographs. 😉🖊️

✅ Evidence-based exercise programs
✅ Splint application for optimal support and recovery

Whether it’s a wrist that’s bothered you for years or one you tweaked last week, there’s a clear path forward — and it starts with the right assessment.
