Check all visible sealant for dry & chalky cracks, lifting, and weathered looking silicon.

CHECK ALL!!

Roof joints & seams
Roof accessories eg AC, Solar mounts, hatches, TV antenna
Windows & window frames

Awning mounting rails
Service hatches & doors
