It’s personal. Let’s treat it that way.

Not a bad first day in Sydney. 🔔

Such a privilege to join the SCX.ai team at the ASX today as they officially listed under ASX:SCX.

A huge milestone for David Keane and the team and an exciting moment for Australia’s sovereign AI capability.

Building AI for healthcare makes the importance of trusted, locally controlled infrastructure especially real to us at InflaMed. I’m excited to see where SCX.ai takes this next.

Congratulations, team! 💙

NVIDIA GTC Taipei has officially wrapped and we left feeling incredibly grounded, inspired, and grateful!

Being in rooms filled with people shaping the future of AI, from infrastructure and agentic systems to science, robotics, and real world impact, reminded us how powerful it is to be surrounded by builders who are genuinely curious and collaborative. Through the NVIDIA for Startups Inception Program, we saw firsthand how much intention NVIDIA puts into backing founders, ideas, and communities that are just getting started.

But what stayed with us most was this moment - standing alongside Maggie Liu, whose 34-year career in IT and commitment to creating positive impact in society really shows in the way she leads with depth, perspective, and care, and Alison Wagonfeld, Chief Marketing Officer at NVIDIA and former global marketing leader at Google Cloud, who brings such a sharp, thoughtful, and grounded energy to everything she does. It was a reminder that representation matters. Powerful women who lead with clarity, generosity, and conviction make space for others to rise too. It really does take a village to build something meaningful, and we are proud to be on this journey together 🫶🏻

Grateful for the conversations, the learnings, and the women who make these spaces feel possible ✨

Spent the morning at Taipei watching Jensen Huang casually hold the future in two hands.

Everyone expected the big data centre announcements, and yes, they were impressive. Vera Rubin is in full production, the scale of the ecosystem is massive, and the compute story is only getting bigger.

But the part that stayed with me was much more personal.

NVIDIA is pushing toward a world where powerful AI is not only in the cloud or inside giant data centres. It can sit with you, on your own machine, running locally, privately, and continuously.

Your own agent.
On your own device.
Not quietly ticking up a cloud bill in the background.
Not dependent on someone else’s infrastructure for every interaction.

Jensen’s pitch was funny, slightly odd, and very NVIDIA. But underneath it was a serious question:

What happens when AI becomes something we personally own, not just something we rent?

No idea yet if this is the next iPhone moment or a very clever solution still waiting for its everyday use case.

But as someone building in health tech, I keep coming back to the same thought:

If personal AI agents become genuinely useful, local, private AI could matter enormously for healthcare.

For patients.
For clinicians.
For privacy.
For continuity of care.

So, hype or real?

I’m leaning toward: too early to call, but very worth watching.

Big milestone for Continua by InflaMed ✨

We’re now live in Cliniko’s Connected Apps directory.

For allied health clinics already using Cliniko, Continua can sit alongside the practice management system you already trust, adding a clinical intelligence layer for:

• AI-assisted documentation
• home programs and guidance
• patient check-ins
• telehealth notes
• progress tracking
• between-session care

Cliniko manages the practice.
Continua helps extend care beyond the appointment.

Using Cliniko? DM “Cliniko” and we’ll send the quick setup guide.

What if care didn’t stop when the appointment ended?

Continua helps clinicians stay connected with patients beyond the clinic, supporting ongoing care where life actually happens.

It brings together at-home insights, AI-supported analysis, and secure progress tracking so clinicians can better understand patient progress between sessions and guide care with more clarity.

It’s not about replacing clinical practice, but extending it in a way that feels more continuous and connected.

Care can feel fragmented. Continua brings it back together.

Being at DHF feels like standing in the middle of where healthcare is heading and quietly thinking, “Good. We’ve been building for this.”

Shoutout to my founder friends still on the grind 4+ years in.

There’s a different kind of confidence that comes after surviving the chaos, refining the vision, and realising you’re not chasing the future anymore.

You’ve manifested it.

I was born in Washington, DC. Raised in Northern Virginia. Now building a life and a company in Melbourne.

Last night, sitting in the room with Michelle Obama here in Australia, I felt that strange and beautiful overlap of worlds.

A familiar voice from “home,” speaking in the place that has become home too.

Some moments just land more deeply than you expect.

Four years of building, learning, refining, and refusing to take shortcuts.

Continua was created with a clear belief: care should not begin and end with an appointment. It should move with people, support clinicians, connect the dots between visits, and help make healthcare feel more continuous, human, and informed.

I’m incredibly proud of our team for building this thoughtfully, with the security, compliance, interoperability, and real-world clinical value that healthcare deserves.

Better connected. Better outcomes. 💜
