Three Eight Building Group

HANDOVER DAY | FINGAL PROJECT 🔑🖤

There’s nothing quite like handover day and seeing the excitement on our clients’ faces as they walk through their finished home.

After months of planning, building, problem solving and bringing every detail together, our Fingal project is officially complete ✨

A huge thank you to our wonderful clients for trusting us to build their home, and to our incredible team and trades for bringing it all to life.

Another beautiful home handed over, and a very proud day for our Three Eight team 🖤

WE’RE HEADING TO STATE! 🏆🖤

After taking home the 2026 HIA Eastern Victoria Bathroom Design award, we are so excited to announce that our winning entry is now progressing as a finalist in the 2026 HIA Victorian Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards!

From Eastern Victoria to the big stage in Melbourne ✨

We are incredibly proud of this project and the team behind it, and cannot wait to head to the Victorian Awards in November.

Beyond proud of our team 🖤

The HIA Awards were an incredible night for us, but more than anything, they were a reminder of the people behind it all.

Every project, every late day, every challenge, every detail and every win is a team effort. Without the hard work, skill and pride they bring every single day, none of this would be possible.

We’re incredibly lucky to have such a great group of people representing Three Eight, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together.

These awards belong to all of us 🏆

What a team. What a night. And what a bloody proud moment 🖤

Wishing the biggest Happy Birthday to our legend apprentice, Logan! 🥳🎂

Another year older, another year wiser… apparently 😂

Show Logan some birthday love in the comments! 👇🏼🎉

Sneak peek of what we have planned for our Frankston South project 🤍

We’re well underway on site and can’t wait to see this vision come to life.

2026 HIA AWARDS FINALISTS ✨

We are beyond excited and proud to share that we’ve been named finalists in 6 categories at the 2026 HIA Awards! 🥳

This is a huge achievement for our team and a proud moment for everyone involved in bringing these projects to life.

We’re incredibly grateful to our amazing clients, trades and suppliers who consistently bring our vision to life and help us deliver the homes we’re so proud of. We couldn’t do it without you! 🤍

Bring on awards night! 🥂✨
