Most people think they need to train harder. What they actually need is a plan they can repeat long enough to force adaptation. Bodies don’t change from chaos. They change from exposure to the right stimulus, over and over again. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what works, consistently. If you’re tired of guessing, you know where to find help 👻 Wearing - @statenineteen #onlinecoach #alternative #girlswithtattoos #weightloss #musclebuilding

You are capable of change, but you need to do more than just want it. Wanting something doesn’t mean you're entitled to it. Change requires conviction. Most people choose comfort instead. Are you choosing comfort over change? #alternative #girlswithtattoos #onlinecoach #fitness #change

Most people don’t fail because they didn’t want it badly enough. They fail because they wanted it comfortably ☠️ They love the idea of change. They hate the behaviours required to earn it. So they plan. They talk. They reset. They blame timing, stress, hormones, motivation and anything but themselves. That’s not bad luck. That’s a lack of conviction. Discipline isn’t common. That’s why results aren’t either. If this pi**ed you off, ask yourself why. #alternative #onlinecoach #strengthcoach #behaviour #results

Most people are waiting for confidence to show up and save them. It won’t. Confidence is built while you’re in the middle of doing s**t imperfectly. While you’re second guessing yourself. While you’re showing up without feeling ready. Waiting to feel confident is just fear dragging things out. Start anyway. The work will take care of you. #confidence #discipline #alternative #onlinecoach #strengthcoach

I didn’t start confident. I started depressed as f**k, unsure, imperfect & doubting myself. Confidence didn’t come first, attacking the task did. I showed up through all of life's s**t that you can use as excuses and I kept going. If you’re waiting to feel confident before you start, you’ll be waiting forever. You don’t need confidence. You need to show the f**k up. RESULTS WILL FOLLOW ☠️ If this hit stop STALLING and start. DM RIG and let’s build yours. #confidence #alternative #strengthcoach #onlinecoach #transformation

Spot the HANNIBAL 🐶 he's a tad shy. Also, ALWAYS remember to check it generates captions correctly before posting 🤣 Fat loss isn’t the issue. Your expectations of the scale are. The scale isn’t sabotaging you, but your reaction to it might be. One weigh in doesn’t undo weeks of work. Bodies fluctuate and progress still happens. Learn to respond, not react like a baby 👶 Consistency beats panic, every damn time. Remember this when your head gets loud. #alternative #fatloss #strengthcoach #onlinecoach

Most people don’t need a new diet. They need to stop lying to themselves about the basics. You don’t stall because you’re broken. You stall because: ☠️your “snacks” are meals ☠️your drinks are desserts ☠️your weekends undo your weekdays ☠️and consistency feels boring, so you avoid it None of this is extreme. None of this is punishment. It’s small switches done every day, not heroic effort once a week. You don’t need perfection. You need awareness. And the willingness to stop calling habits “treats” when they’re sabotaging you. This is how progress actually happens - quietly, repeatedly, without drama. If this made you pause for a second… take one thing from the slides and apply it this week. That’s enough to start. #habits #alternative #onlinecoaching

Just me over here doing the hard s**t that I dislike 😅 Being stuck is comfortable. Change is not. Progress doesn't come from waiting to feel ready. It comes from doing the s**t you keep avoiding. Are you avoiding the hard s**t so that nothing ever changes? #alternative #onlinecoach #accountability

You’re not stuck. You’re paused. Progress begins the moment you stop avoiding what you already know needs to be done. If this hit, sit with it. And then do something about it ☠️ #hardtruths #dothework #onlinecoach

You’re rebuilding a body and mindset that don’t crumble when the scale stops moving. Real change doesn’t need validation, it needs consistency ☠️ #transformation #bodyrecomposition #onlinecoach #musclebuilding #weightloss #alternativecoach #alternative #mindset
