Self love is a tough one, the concept of loving yourself is such a foreign idea that most of us struggle with but it has to be one of the most important aspects of living a happy life.
I certainly have struggled with this in the past and you can get caught up in always loving the people around you (which is also important) that you forget you matter too.
So, a note to self - U are brave, U are worthy, U are important

We focus too much on exercising to change the way we look instead of how it makes us feel.
It is just as important to focus on our mental health as well as our physical health.

How often do you feel Misplaced in the world ? Like you don’t quite fit...
I do, daily.
But I am learning to EMBRACE that.
To embrace all that is me.. and the wonderful magical crazy challenging beautiful journey I am on.
This is the pathway the universe has chosen for me and instead of fighting it I am learning to TRUST it! To ride the waves of life. To let go of what I thought life was ‘meant to be’ and just enjoy it!
And boy oh boy does it feel good!!! 😊
To truly embrace U.
The way U. are & the beautiful journey U. are on.
This is pure magic!
