You’ve been told it’s “just water” for years, haven’t you? 🙄
So you’ve learnt to live around it.
Sunnies on in the morning. Looser jeans by the afternoon. Shoes off the second you get home.
BUT you shouldn’t have to plan your day around your puffiness.
Your body isn’t being dramatic, it’s asking for help.
And no ice roller or salt-free week is going to fix it if no one’s looked at what’s going on underneath.
So when you see me, I don’t just treat the puffiness.
I look at your gut, your stress, your lymph, and the reason it keeps coming back.
That’s what being a lymphatic naturopath actually means 🤍
You need to stop accepting “that’s just how I am” as the answer.

Your face is puffier at 8am than it was at 8pm. Inflammation did that while you slept.
1. Breakfast within 60 minutes of waking
2. Walk after every meal
3. No caffeine after 12pm
4. Morning sunlight
5. Regular lymphatic massages (at home, or come see me in South Yarra and I’ll do it for you)
6. Same bedtime, every night
Save this one for tomorrow morning.
And if you’re doing all of this and still waking up puffy, there’s usually something deeper going on, like your gut, your stress load or your lymph. Comment CLARITY and let’s chat 🤍

Bloated, gassy, uncomfortable… and every doctor just says “it’s probably IBS” 🙃
The thing is, so many gut issues look almost identical on the surface. Same bloating, same discomfort, same “why do I look 6 months pregnant by 3pm”. But what’s actually driving it can be completely different, which is exactly why a one-size-fits-all approach so often doesn’t work.
If you’ve been guessing (or googling at 11pm), this is your sign to stop guessing and get to the root of it.
save this for later + send it to the friend who’s always bloated 💌
Nobody tells you this part: bloating and inflammation are rarely about one “bad” food.
For me it was a stack of small things, each one harmless on its own, all piling onto a body that was already on high alert. My gut was irritated, my lymph was sluggish, and my nervous system was stuck in go-go-go mode. So every little trigger hit harder than it should have.
That’s why cutting out one food never fixed it. The real shift came when I stopped chasing individual triggers and started lowering my body’s overall inflammatory load. Once that happened, the weird stuff stopped affecting me as much.
That’s exactly what I’m unpacking in my free live masterclass, Inflamed AF, this Monday 28th September. I’ll walk through how your gut, lymph and nervous system feed into inflammation, and how to calm all three.

Reducing inflammation isn’t one big overhaul. It’s a handful of small, consistent choices, most days. That’s it. That’s the secret.
Want the full picture on what’s actually driving your inflammation (and how to start turning it down)? I’m running a free live masterclass, Inflamed AF, on Monday 28th September.
