What can I share about today.
St Marys Thistle. St Mary's is an amazing liver regenerator, in fact the liver is amazing as it is one of the only organs where 80% can be removed and it will regrow back.
When doing the live bloods it is very easy to see signs of fatty liver, gall stone issues and even spleen deficiency.
What signs might you have for sluggish liver?
Headaches, waking up feeling like you did not sleep, feeling cranky, reacting negatively to perfumes and chemical sprays, feeling tired, not able to lose those last few pounds or feeling sick after eating something like fish or chips.

I believe it is best taken at night, this is when I liver becomes most active. One reason why shift workers can feel so groggy, as their bodies will not go through the liver elimination process very well as some who is sound asleep.
We also absorb our minerals better at night :)
