We’re proud to share that 2Construct has successfully attained accreditation from the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (OFSC) under the Australian Government’s Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme.

This achievement follows the successful completion of our Accreditation Audit and recognises the strength of our safety systems, processes and culture.

The OFSC accreditation is a nationally recognised benchmark that reflects our ongoing commitment to creating safer workplaces and delivering projects that prioritise the health, safety and wellbeing of our people, partners and communities 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

August is Tradies National Health Month — a reminder that looking after our tradies’ physical and mental wellbeing is more important than ever.

This year, our focus is simple: HEALTHY MINDS BUILD SAFE PROJECTS.

Site health and safety is not just about physical hazards. It is also about supporting psychological health by creating respectful, inclusive environments where everyone feels they belong.

A safe site is one where workers, subcontractors, apprentices, labour hire, supervisors, visitors and office based teams feel respected and able to speak up early.

If someone does not seem themselves, ask R U OK?, listen, encourage support and check in again.
