Corner House — a home that doesn’t make a big statement, but surprises and delights at every turn anyway.

At its heart, the home embraces warmth through its use of brick, rich timbers, and a celebration of light.

Soft light, from both perspectives at Corner House

Featuring a pitched roof, this red brick double-storey home is located on a prominent corner block and is a contemporary nod to the more traditional vernacular of the suburb. The long northern aspect subtly sits back from a row of established trees on the leafy street’s nature strip, giving the home a lived-in feeling. A double storey void adjacent to a carefully placed central courtyard scoops up an abundance of northern light deep into the adjacent living areas and stairwell, while maintaining the privacy of the home.

All spaces have a strong connection to the outdoors and natural light; a large backyard with a pool and covered loggia connects to the family living area, making it the perfect setup for entertaining. The generous size of each room will allow the home to adapting to the changes and needs of the family of four may face over the many years to come.

A soft and slow morning yawn at Montfort House; the place beyond the dunes

Photos from InForm's post 29/07/2026

In progress in Parkdale. A refined European-inspired residence that captures the essence of Mediterranean living, this home is defined by its sculptural form and a rich, tactile material palette.
The master suite, kitchen, and pool house wrap around a north-facing pool and alfresco area, creating a seamless connection between indoors and out while maximising light and outdoor living.

Continuous stone flooring, reclaimed timber, slender steel elements, and expressive curves and arches work together to blur boundaries and cast soft, shifting shadows that enrich the overall form.
