Michael Ryan from Michael Ryan will be joining us on Wednesday 23/9 from 4pm till 6pm to help launch his newest bottling Auric, a semi-sweet blanc vermouth built on a base of Beechworth Chardonnay. Packed with flavours like green tea, yuzu leaf, yuzu peel and hops. Cinchona and gentian round out the bitter profile.

So swing by and taste something new and pick up some of the rest of Michael’s great range!

Ideal for adding the titular spice to a Spicy Margarita or ramping up the heat in a Bloody Mary, our selection of Hot & Spicy bitters and tinctures are here for your cocktail making. Available to taste through for the brave and just to look at for the not so brave. Open today 10am till 5:30pm

We have Rucolino back in stock, which if you haven’t tried is a premium amaro from the Italian island of Ischia that is primarily bittered and flavoured with rocket. Peppery and delicious 🤤

And new from the same producer, , their equally delicious Amaroncello. A blend of Rucolino and their own limoncello in the same bottle. The blend of spicy rocket and sweet lemon works oh so well.
