Colombia needs us right now. 🇨🇴❤️
After the devastating earthquake, communities — and the cats and dogs who depend on them — are facing an incredibly difficult road ahead.
Even from Australia, we can make a difference. Together with LA MANADA DE MONIK and Paola Bakes 🍰🍪 we’re joining forces to get urgent support where it’s needed most, helping animals and the communities caring for them. 🐾
Every donation, no matter how small, helps. And if you can’t donate, sharing this post can help us reach someone who can.
Want to help? Donate through the link attached to this post or through the link in our bio. ❤️
From Australia to Colombia, let’s show what’s possible when we come together. 🇦🇺🤝🇨🇴
Every donation. Every share. Every act of kindness counts.

Meet Bingo, The Sweetest Little Gentleman 🐾❤️
Bingo is an absolute sweetheart and one of those cats who seems to have been made to be loved. 🥹❤️ He is incredibly friendly, affectionate and loves being spoiled.
He is happy to be picked up, cuddled and showered with attention, and once he settles into his new home, he’ll happily become your little shadow. He loves sleeping next to his humans, getting lots of cuddles and being part of everyday life.
He also loves to play and gets along wonderfully with other cats, making him a fantastic companion for a home with feline friends.
Bingo has such a beautiful, loving personality. He is gentle, affectionate, playful and incredibly easy to adore. He’s the kind of cat who doesn’t just live in your home, he becomes part of your heart. ❤️
If you’re looking for a loving companion who will happily curl up beside you every night, Gatito might just be your perfect match. 🐾✨
Hi KRS Community,
Following the devastating earthquake in Colombia on 10 August, we’ve been closely following the situation and looking for ways we can support people and animals affected by the disaster.
Kitty Rescue Squad is working behind the scenes to find the most practical and responsible way to help from Australia. Over the coming days, we’ll share more about what we’re doing and how you can get involved.
For now, please keep an eye on our updates and share this post with anyone who might want to help.
Colombia needs us, and we’re here to support them. 🇨🇴🇦🇺🐾🐾

There is a moment when a rescued cat realises they are safe.
When they no longer have to worry about finding food, shelter or a place to rest. When they finally have people who care for them and a place they can call home.
We want more cats to experience that feeling.

Female cats have a few traits that are quite unique to them, from their tidiness to the patterns in their coat 🐈
You might even notice it when one greets you, often offering their right paw first. 😹
Some of these traits are subtle, but they give interesting insight into how female cats can differ in everyday life. Swipe up to find out more.

Living with cats means accepting that you are never really alone, and every single move is being watched 😼
Shopping bags are inspected, bathroom visits are supervised, and meals come with a mandatory quality check 😹❤️. From the moment you wake up to the second you sit down, there is usually a small supervisor nearby making sure everything is done correctly.
Each side job is just a different way of describing the same role, full time furry friend with very strong opinions and no respect for personal space.
If you already share your home with a cat, you know this routine very well, but if you don’t, this is your chance to welcome a furry supervisor at home 🏡✨

Wondering if your cat's food is really giving them what they need? 🐱
Most of us have picked up a bag of kibble without thinking twice, but cats are natural carnivores and their bodies do best when they get plenty of quality protein and moisture in their diet.
Making the switch to more natural and protein-rich food can support healthier fur, better digestion, and help them stay active and energetic. ✨
Of course, none of that will stop them from acting like they've been starving for days the moment breakfast is five minutes late. 😹
Take a look through the slides to learn more about the benefits of a protein-rich diet
👇 Tell us about your cat. Are they a picky food critic or will they eat absolutely anything?

🧡 **MISSION UPDATE**
We're getting closer every day to making **Patitas Unidas por Venezuela** a reality. ✈️🐾
📅 On 11 July, the team of volunteer veterinarians will travel to Caracas Venezuela, to provide urgently needed veterinary care for animals affected by the earthquake.
❤️ Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared our videos, and supported this mission. Your kindness is already making this possible.
We still need to raise funds to purchase essential medications, veterinary supplies, and help cover the travel expenses of our veterinary team, so they can treat as many animals as possible.
🐾 Every donation, no matter the size, can give an animal a second chance at life.
🔗 Visit the link in our bio to donate and follow our fundraising progress.
⏳ We only have a few days left before the team departs on 11 July. If you've been thinking about helping, now is the time.
Thank you for being part of this mission. ❤️
