We don't ask for feedback often. When we get it, we like to share it.

"Without over exaggerating, Ndevr has changed the way we do business. The value Ndevr has provided through both knowledge of DAS and understanding of our business requirements has been considerable, and we are very appreciative of the support."

That's the outcome we aim for on every engagement — not just technical delivery, but a genuine understanding of how a business actually operates, so the system works the way the business needs it to.

If that's the kind of partner you're looking for on your JDE environment, we'd welcome the conversation.

Choosing between Acumatica and NetSuite? Its like trying to compare apples with apples. You'll find plenty of people ready to tell you which one is "better." But most of them only sell one. Funnily enough thats the one they tell you is better.

The truth is that both are genuinely strong, scalable cloud ERPs. Both are built to support businesses moving toward industry best practice rather than bending the system around bad habits.

But they're built differently, priced differently, and suit different businesses for different reasons.

Ndevr works with both. Not as a reseller pushing whichever one has the better margin this quarter, but as a trusted business partner who can sit down, understand how your business actually operates, and give you a straight answer on which system fits - including if that answer is "neither, here's why."

If you're in the middle of that evaluation and want an independent view, we're happy to talk it through. Get in touch at [email protected] or book your own appointment time at

E-invoicing mandates are nearly here and the temptation for some vendors is to build a proprietary e-invoicing product and lock it into your JDE environment. That solves the problem today. It also leaves you carrying a piece of compliance infrastructure that now sits outside JDE, outside Oracle's roadmap, and squarely on you to maintain as rules change.

Our view is the opposite. Regardless of which Access Point transmits an invoice, it still has to cross the same global Peppol network — so the Access Point is a means, not the value. What matters is that your ERP environment stays clean, standards-based, and ready to move.

That's why we partner with a specialist e-invoicing provider rather than building our own engine. Compliance networks are a full-time discipline, and we'd rather you have a vetted specialist keeping pace with them than a bespoke product we've bolted on. It also means when Oracle delivers its own native e-invoicing capability inside JDE, you're positioned to adopt it with minimal disruption — not stuck unwinding a proprietary layer first.

If your e-invoicing strategy currently depends on a product rather than a network, it's worth a conversation about what that looks like long-term.

For businesses running MYOB EXO who originally selected it due to its ability to handle complex operations, its time for you to revist the ERP selection process. MYOB EXO has reached the end of its life, no more support, no more security patching, no more product development to ensure it can keep up with the technical or compliance needs of modern business.

One thing we never get tired of is the moment a team goes from "we just call support for everything" to actually knowing their way around JD Edwards themselves.

That's honestly the goal with our training, not to make ourselves indispensable, but the opposite. Fewer support tickets, faster internal fixes, more confidence using stuff like Orchestrator without needing us to hold their hand every time.

If your JDE team could use a confidence boost (or you're onboarding new starters and want them up to speed faster), flick me a message. Always happy to talk shop even if it doesn't go anywhere.

"Many businesses have bought the Ferrari. But they never took it out of first gear."
That line came from one of our JDE CNC specialists on the latest episode of ERP Unlocked — and it's the most accurate description of what we see across JDE environments that we've heard in years.
The platform can do things most of its users have never asked it to do. AI integration. Orchestrated automation. Low-code application changes. Self-managing infrastructure components.
First gear is comfortable. But there's a lot of road ahead.

Chatting with a client this week who mentioned their new hires were basically learning JD Edwards by trial and error - clicking around and hoping for the best. That's such a common problem. Generic training doesn't help much when it's not built around how your system is actually configured.

We've been doing JDE training since '98 and the thing that actually moves the needle is running sessions on the client's own instance, with their own modules and processes, not some generic demo environment. Sounds obvious but you'd be surprised how often that's not how it's done.

If your team's flying blind on JDE, happy to have a chat about what tailored training could look like. No hard sell, just conversation.

ERP Selection: How to Choose the Right System for Your Business 25/07/2026

💬 "We'll deal with MYOB EXO when we have to."
Sound familiar? We hear it a lot. And it makes sense — migrations are painful, and day-to-day business doesn't stop.
But "when we have to" for EXO Payroll users is now effectively mid-2026 at the latest if you want a smooth transition. Rushed ERP migrations are where cost overruns and operational chaos happen.
The businesses that navigate this best go in with a clear picture of their own requirements before talking to vendors — so they're evaluating systems on their terms, not being sold to.
We've written a no-nonsense guide to ERP selection that's worth bookmarking right now, even if you're not ready to move yet.
