Having difficult conversations is never easy. Whether it be with your boss in discussing a pay rise, or even a discussion with your family about moving out of home, mastering the skills of courageous conversations are difficult yet necessary. 💙

Two weeks ago, our participants underwent a workshop facilitated by Celia and Vi (Celia Tran - The Social Fabric Middle Bridge Project • Wellbeing & Psychology ) to develop these strategies and skills. Through discussions, interactive activities and motivational stickers our participants are equipped with the tools to handle these conversations and also understand the cultural nuances that are tied to it.
