We kicked off our holiday programs this week with a full day of Rewild magic in Bulleen.
Ropes, knots, construction ... shelters built, survival paracord bracelets made, new knots learnt ...
Just a magic day to be a kid in nature really!

Bare feet, sandy shores and salty air are the best kind of days 🌊🐠

No destination. No organised activity. No need to hurry them along... just a stick, a track and the freedom to see what’s around the next corner. 🤎

Two weeks of spring adventures start now and we’ve got some great nature adventures to share with you each day!

🔎 VISIT WARRANDYTE STATE PARK 🔎

If you’re looking for somewhere beautiful to spend a few hours, head to Warrandyte, nestled along the Yarra River in Melbourne’s leafy north-east. 🌿

Start with a wander along the Yarra River through Warrandyte River Reserve, where there are lovely walking tracks, shady spots to stop, and plenty of places for kids to explore.

There’s also a fantastic playspace near the river, or wander up to Yarra Street afterwards and grab a pie, sweet treat or coffee from one of the local bakeries and cafés.

If you have more time, drive a few minutes further to Pound Bend Reserve for another beautiful riverside walk and a little more bush to explore.

We also have a pop-up Bush Playgroup running this Wednesday! Come along for a morning of nature play, exploring and connecting outdoors then pack a picnic lunch and stay for a splash by the river afterwards. 💦🌿

School holidays are here…

🦋 Friends to adventure with.

🌿 What a beautiful week to finish the term!

It has been so wonderful to spend these last few weeks together, enjoying such magnificent spring weather and making many little discoveries in the bush. 🌼🐝

To all our families, thank you for being part of our Eco Explorers community this term. We’ve loved connecting with you, sharing adventures together and watching your children grow in confidence, curiosity and connection with the natural world. It really is such a privilege to watch them thrive outdoors. 💚

And to the new families thinking about joining our little bush community next term, we’d love to welcome you!

Term 4 bookings are now open, and some of our Bush Playgroups have already sold out, with others more than half full. If you have a particular day or location in mind, we recommend booking early so you don’t miss out.
