We realised many of you have joined us recently, so we thought it was time to properly introduce ourselves.

We’re Em & Marc.

We’re entrepreneurs, parents to our wild toddler Mavi, business owners, speakers, and two people who genuinely believe that business should create a better life - not consume it.

For over 15 years we’ve built businesses, led teams, made plenty of mistakes, navigated IVF, welcomed our little miracle, and learnt that success means very little if you don’t have your health, your relationships and your freedom alongside it.

𝗕𝗼𝗱𝘆𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿…

There are no shortcuts to success.

No magic plan.
No perfect moment.
Just commitment to the process - over and over again.

It taught me that consistency beats motivation every single time. That the mental game is everything. That the days you least feel like showing up are often the days that matter most.

Everyone wants the after photo, the result, the transformation… but very few are willing to fall in love with the long game.

Early mornings. Reps no one sees. Discipline when nobody’s watching. Having a coach and a circle around you who hold the standard when your own belief feels shaky.

And honestly? Those lessons didn’t stay in the gym.

They shape (to this day) how I build my business.
How I navigated IVF, setbacks and pressure.
How I show up as a parent, a partner and a leader.

Clear goals. A structured plan. Daily ex*****on.
Less talking. More becoming.

Because the truth is - success in health, business and life isn’t about big bursts of effort… it’s about who you choose to be when it’s hard, quiet and unglamorous.

The mindset was the real transformation 💫

𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟯𝟬𝘀.

It was never about ticking a box, escaping the work or looking for the easy lifestyle.

For us it was about asking a bigger question:
How far could we reach?
How many lives could we impact?
Who would we be invited to become in the process?

We built this business to grow people, not just income.
To create spaces where confidence is rebuilt, health is restored, and belief expands.

To do meaningful work with great humans, every single day.

We’re not chasing an end date.
We’re building a legacy.
One conversation, one client, one leader at a time.

Because the real reward was never retirement - it’s the becoming 🌱

𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗪𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗜𝗻 ✨

That year we went all in on the big dreams.

Selling my Osteo practices, building our Network marketing business with intention, chasing freedom, and genuinely thinking we were about to become full-time travel influencers on Instagram 😂📸
Those filters tho… 🤣

We travelled the world, met some of our best friends + mentors for the very first time, and felt serious momentum with our team - the kind that makes you feel like anything is possible.

And then… Cancun happened 🥹
Sunset skies, salty air, happy tears… and the biggest “YES” of my life 💍

2016 was bold, messy, exciting, and full of magic.
Forever grateful for that version of us who just went for it 🫶🏼
