Song Review: “Imperfect” by CJ

CJ’s latest track, Imperfect, is a heartfelt anthem that resonates with authenticity and determination. , and this song is a reflection of his journey

With its poignant lyric it reminds us that we don’t have to be flawless to achieve greatness. The theme is universal: we are all imperfect, but our imperfections don’t define us—they empower us. CJ’s storytelling is both personal and relatable, the fact that CJ has released this track is a reminder that with passion, dedication, and belief in ourselves, we can overcome challenges and do extraordinary things.

As someone who has watched CJ’s incredible progress, I couldn’t be prouder. It’s more than a track—it’s a declaration that even in our imperfections, we are capable of greatness.

CJ has poured his heart into this piece, and it shows. Imperfect is a triumph, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes him next. Keep shining, CJ—the best is yet to come!

I’m so glad you have released this ….. Thank you

Listen and enjoy and please feel free to share 😘

Imperfect CJ · Imperfect · Song · 2025

Wow, this album is so different, it's a heartfelt cry of desperation and anguish, with a sense of hopelessness, it’s somber ballards. yet the lyrics have not been changed much. It gives the songs so much more depth and meaning. The slowing down of each vocal and music aspect has left me wanting more, but it also helps me understand the Plumb' Journey and emotions. the beauty of this new album is that it can be listened to alongside the original and feel like completely new music.

Very few albums of recent have a lot of plays in 24 hours, but the newsboys new album is an instant winner, it has been played non stop since it became available.
Classic track such as greatness of our God, this I know, but some track that feel the could have carried on from “in the hands of God”
Whether your a Tait or a Furler newsboys there is something for everyone
Also have a listen to “rejoice” and “set me ablaze”
