Meet the Powerscreen H6203R.
✔️ Three decks
✔️ Triple-shaft technology
✔️ Adjustable stroke and stroke angle
✔️ Output potential up to 800 tph, depending on application
And in this closed-circuit configuration at WA Limestone, it is working alongside the 1300 Maxtrak to separate the material and keep the circuit moving.
Crusher brings the force. Screen brings the precision. 😉

One Powerscreen on site is a good day. Three working together? That’s a power move. 💪
Crushing. Screening. Stockpiling. Getting the job done and keeping material moving.
There’s just something about seeing a fleet of green machines hard at work. Powerscreen galore, all the way from PNG!

🚫 One size fits all? Not here.
Every operation is different. Different equipment. Different applications. Different experience levels. Different goals.
So why should the training be the same?
At our Technical Institute, our training programs can be customised around the needs of your team, whether you’re building foundational knowledge or looking to advance technical capability.
Tell us what you want your team to get out of the training, and we’ll help build a program around it.

Back in 2017, the first Powerscreen Warrior 2100 landed in Australia.
It marked the arrival of a new heavy-duty screen featuring unique triple-shaft technology, engineered for impressive throughput, mobility and performance in demanding applications.
It wasn’t long before the machine was hard at work on site in NSW, doing exactly what it was built to do. 💪

Light plastics can be one of the biggest headaches in compost processing, but they met their match at our recent Swanbank trial.
The Komptech Hurrikan S used precision airflow to lift and remove lightweight contaminants from the compost stream, while stones and metals were separated automatically.
The result?
♻️ More than 90% of light plastics removed
⚡ Up to 600m³ processed per day
⛽ Just 6 litres of diesel per hour
🙌 Significantly less manual handling
That skip bin full of recovered plastic? We’d call that a job well done.

Sixty years ago, the Powerscreen story began. Now, we’re turning this incredible milestone into a nationwide celebration. 💚
We have proudly shared more than 25 years of that journey and we couldn’t let the occasion pass without doing something special.
We have watched machines arrive with fresh paint, zero hours and their first job ahead of them. Then, almost without anyone noticing, they became part of the landscape – building stockpiles, clocking up hours and returning for the next shift, year after year.
Now, we want to find the one that has been doing it longer than any other.
The search for Australia’s oldest working Powerscreen has officially begun.

Our new big shed in Narangba is officially finished, and the end result is seriously impressive.
It’s given our workshop team a whole lot more room to play with… possibly too much room.
Which raises an important question, what should we do with all that space?
A - Fill it with crushers
B - Build the world’s most industrial indoor cricket pitch
C - Turn it into the ultimate smoko room
For reference, based on transport dimensions, you could fit up to 14 Powerscreen Premiertrak 760s inside the footprint.
So option A is looking pretty tempting… 😂
More room for our team, more capacity for major workshop jobs, and more space to keep our customers’ equipment doing what it does best.

The Residues to Revenues Conference kicks off in Brisbane this week, 23–24 September. 🌱
It’s two days of conversations and fresh ideas around turning wood residues into new opportunities, and our Area Sales Manager, Craig Baillie, will be there.
Heading along? Keep an eye out for him – and don’t be shy, stop for a chat!
⚠️ Small disclaimer: Craig may look slightly different from the photo. The beard has since left the building. 😂

This week, we headed down to Melbourne for the Australian Bulk Handling Awards and had an absolute blast!
Of course, taking home some shiny hardware would’ve been nice, but for us, nights like this are about so much more than winning.
Being in the room with some brilliant people and businesses from across the industry (and being recognised as a finalist ourselves) was a great chance to appreciate how far we’ve come and get even more excited about where we’re heading. We’re incredibly proud of the team that keeps pushing us forward.
A big thank you to John Bell-Andrews, General Manager at East Arm Resources, for joining us on the night. We hope you had as much fun as we did! 🍻
Congratulations to all the winners! It was great to celebrate the people, projects and businesses keeping Australia’s bulk handling industry moving.
Australian Bulk Handling Review
The loader moves it, the stacker shapes it, and the compost turner transforms it. 🌱
Watching the Komptech Topturn X power through a windrow is impressive, but there’s more happening here than simply moving material.
Turning helps introduce oxygen, redistribute moisture and mix the material, creating better conditions for the microorganisms responsible for decomposition.
And that moisture you can see? It plays an important role too. If compost becomes too dry, microbial activity can slow down.
There’s a lot more science behind a well-turned windrow than you might think.
