Does the ECO-EZE compot smell? Honest answer: when you first add fresh scraps, there's a brief smell. About a day. Once fermentation kicks in? Nothing. The lid seals it. Once the Black Soldier Flies arrive, they process everything so fast there's nothing left to smell. Mine has been 2 metres from my back door for 3 years. My neighbours don't know it's there.
