Divine Bodywork

I have two massage spots that have opened up this week!
🙌

Today and Saturday morning ♥️
PM for your place of nourishment, self care and yumminess.

I am back in action after my break and wanted to share.
Ka huna is a beautiful flowing style of bodywork that can offer a space to soften breathe and simply be held 🤗
There is something especially potent receiving this type of bodywork when life has changed us or we are going through something big. It’s an integration of the touch, presence, breath, connection, safety and nurturing that creates a space for release, emotional and physical transformation... a “recalibration” of the nervous system.

The 7 principles of Ho'oponopono, often linked to the broader Huna philosophy, focus on taking responsibility for one's reality through inner work, emphasizing concepts like Ike (reality is perception), Kala (no limits), Makia (energy follows attention), Manawa (power is now), Aloha (love), Mana (power within), and Pono (effectiveness/rightness), all aimed at clearing memories and achieving peace, primarily through the core phrases: "I'm sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you

Bring in the beginning of the new year with an intentional nurturing bodywork session.
