Guiding men to get more power, profit and purpose out of their business marriage and life.

GUYS… THIS IS REALLY FU***NG HARD FOR ME TO SAY. 😂
Everyone knows I’m not a Dockers man.
But sometimes football colours have to come off for a minute, and you give a man his flowers when he’s earned them.
And this bloke has earned them.
Shaun McManus isn’t just a mate of mine. He’s one of my best mates and, more importantly, one of the genuinely good men I know.
I’ve watched him as a father.
As a husband.
As a mate.
As a former player.
As a presenter.
I’ve seen the way he looks after his body, the way he works, the way he treats people and the love he still has for the Fremantle Football Club.
And yes… it fu***ng hurts me writing that last sentence. 😂
But Shaun, this is your moment, brother.
To potentially stand there and present the Premiership Cup to the club you’ve given so much of your life to…
I know what that will mean to you.
And knowing you like I do, I’m pretty bloody sure if that moment comes, there’ll be a few tears.
And mate, if I see you crying while holding a Fremantle Premiership Cup, I genuinely don’t know whether I’m going to cry with you…
or turn the fu***ng TV off. 😂
But underneath all the banter, I’ll be proud.
Really fu***ng proud.
Because moments like this don’t just happen.
Sometimes you put the work in for years and nothing comes back.
You keep showing up.
You keep giving.
You keep believing.
And then maybe 10, 15 or 20 years later, life gives you a moment that makes all those years mean something.
That’s why you keep going.
So yes, for one moment, I’m swallowing every bit of my Eagles pride.
I hope you get your moment, brother.
I hope you stand there, take it all in, shed those tears and realise:
“F**k… all those years were worth it.”
Proud of you, Shaun. ❤️
Now let’s be very fu***ng clear…
I’m supporting YOU.
I’m still not supporting Fremantle. 😂💙💛

THE NIGHT WAS GOOD… IT’S ALWAYS THE NEXT MORNING THAT TELLS THE TRUTH. 😂
3am seemed like a brilliant idea at the time.
Today?
Sitting on the couch feeling like I’ve been hit by a fu***ng truck. 😂
What happened to the bloke who could go out Friday, Saturday AND Sunday and still function Monday?
Aging happened. 😂
But getting older doesn’t mean you stop living.
Dance. Laugh. Make memories. Enjoy your people.
We’re here for a short time.
The recovery might take longer these days…
but I’m still fu***ng dancing. 😂🕺🏿

Problems aren’t proof that life is against you.
They’re proof you’re still in the game.
Face them.
Learn from them.
Grow through them.
You’re alive. Keep going.

THIS ISN’T A POST ABOUT TRAINING LEGS.
Meet Rafael.
When I met him about 6–8 weeks ago, there was one thing he wouldn’t do in the gym.
Train legs.
Not because he couldn’t.
Because his mind had already decided he couldn’t.
He believed training legs would lead to injury, so he avoided them completely.
And this is where most people get stuck in life.
They don’t need more ability.
They need to stop obeying the fear in their own head.
We started challenging that belief. Slowly. Properly. Week after week.
Now Rafael trains legs consistently. He’s following a program, he knows what he’s doing, and he’s even got his girlfriend training legs.
But forget the legs.
The real win is that he stopped letting fear make decisions for him.
That’s what training can teach a man.
Walk towards what you’ve been avoiding.
Do the uncomfortable work.
Build evidence that you’re capable.
Then watch what happens to your confidence.
Because every time you keep a promise to yourself, something changes internally:
You start trusting yourself again.
And that carries far beyond the gym.
Most of what you’re capable of is sitting behind something you’ve convinced yourself you can’t do.
Stop negotiating with the fear. Go find out what you’re actually made of.
Proud of you, Rafael. 👊🏿

I’M LOOKING FOR 5 FATHERS.
Not fathers who think they’ve failed.
Fathers who know their relationship with their son is too important to leave to chance.
Your son is growing up.
And while providing for him matters, he needs more than what you can buy him.
He needs your time.
Your presence.
Your leadership.
And sometimes, he just needs to know his dad is beside him.
THE FORGE brings fathers and sons together through physical challenges, teamwork and real conversations — without phones, distractions or another lecture.
Your son is becoming a man.
Be part of the man he becomes.
I’m looking for 5 fathers and their sons for the next experience.
DM me “FORGE” for more information.

12 months. Clean.
Today, Wes walked into my office with a small gift and a note that simply said:
Thanks for always being there.
The gift wasn’t what got me.
It was seeing the man standing in front of me.
A man who chose to fight.
A man who asked for help.
A man who refused to let addiction define his future.
Today he has a job.
He trains consistently.
He smiles again.
Most importantly…
He’s becoming the man he was always capable of being.
Proud of you, brother. This is only the beginning. ❤️
👇 If you’re fighting a battle in silence, remember: asking for help is the first step, not the last.
