I am excited to be sharing this offering of FREE mindful meditation sessions at Marmion Primary School for a limited period.

A little background info: I’m training to be a Mindful Meditation Facilitator and have a number of pracs to facilitate to complete the course.

I will be offering free Mindful Meditation Sessions on the following Tuesdays:
7, 14, 21 and 28 May
7.30-8.00pm (arrive 7.25pm and doors close at 7.30pm)
Marmion Primary School Library

No prior experience required. Bring an open heart and a curious mind. Leave all expectations at home.

This will be a simple but powerful practice, that doesn’t require being able to be seated in the lotus position or levitating off the floor 😃. The majority of our work will be done seated in a chair.

Rest and BE 🙏

Somehow every time of the month, when I intend to rest, life gets busy. I’m not deluding myself. I get it; we create our own reality. Not this month 🌸 today day #2 of period (my heavyyyyyy day) I have no mad morning plans only a vow to stay in my un**es n t shirt for as long as I can.
