POV: A day in the life of a full-time trader.

People often imagine it's charts on the screen from sunrise to sunset.

The reality?

A lot of my day is spent waiting.

Waiting for high-probability setups. Reviewing my journal. Living life between sessions.

One of the biggest advantages of trading from Perth is being able to catch every major market session without needing to trade around the clock.

Trading isn't about being busy.

It's about being patient enough to wait for the right opportunity.

How do you think a full-time trader spends their day?

Trading has given me many things.

But none of them compare to moments like these.

The freedom to travel.

The freedom to be present.

The freedom to make memories with the people who matter most.

That's always been the goal.

Money is simply the tool that helps create those opportunities.

What's your definition of freedom?

Most traders think success comes from taking more trades.

In reality, it often comes from taking fewer—but better—ones.

One of the biggest shifts in my trading came when I stopped feeling like I had to be in the market every day.

Patience protects capital.

Discipline protects consistency.

The market will always give you another opportunity.
