If nobody new is discovering your business...

You don’t have a sales problem.
You have a visibility problem.

Too many business owners rely on posting to the same audience over and over again, hoping new clients will magically appear.

Growth happens when you consistently get your brand in front of new people.

Create content that reaches beyond your followers.
Borrow other people’s audiences through PR and podcasts.
Show up at networking events.
Build real relationships.

Because people can’t buy from a business they’ve never heard of.

Anyone else? 🤷‍♀️

Every successful business starts with an idea that someone else thinks is crazy.

Five years ago, almost nobody in Australia was drinking limoncello.

People questioned why Stefan would leave a stable career to build a brand around a product most people had never even tried.

But instead of accepting, “That’s just how it’s always been,” he asked a different question:

“How can we make this relevant for a new generation?”

He didn’t change the tradition.

He changed the way people experienced it.

That’s what great entrepreneurs do.

They don’t wait for the market to change.

They create the change themselves.

Solbevi didn’t become an award-winning brand overnight.

People see the sell-out launches.

The awards.
The headlines.
The success.

What they don’t see is what it took to get here.

For two years, I didn’t pay myself a cent.

I worked night shifts, poured beers at the local pub, sold my house, and relied on my partner to keep us afloat while I built this dream.

The stress cost me more than money. It affected my health, my relationship, and every part of my life.
Today, Solbevi has won international awards and is making its mark around the world.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this:
Success isn’t just about what you’re willing to sacrifice.

It’s about knowing when it’s time to build a business that no longer costs you everything.

On Monday, the first interview under the new Delusional Podcast rebrand goes live... and I couldn’t think of a better founder to kick things off.

This story is everything DELUSIONAL stands for.

On the surface, you’ll see a world-first brand stocked in Qantas First Class, Formula 1 and over a thousand retailers.

Behind the scenes?

No salary for two years.
Selling investment properties.
Working multiple jobs.
Betting everything on one idea.

Success has a way of making the sacrifices invisible.

This episode pulls back the curtain on what it actually takes to build something extraordinary in today’s economy.

I’ve dropped a few clues in the carousel... 👀

Some people come into your life for a reason.

When Brian first came into ours, we were simply another business deal.

At the time, Wild West Bowling was nothing more than a crazy idea on paper. We had no idea that the man who we wanted to buy the building from would become such an important part of our lives.

Over the years, Brian became so much more than someone who believed in our business. He became family.

He backed us when very few people did. He believed in us when the odds were against us. He celebrated every milestone with us, kept us accountable, made us laugh, and somehow always knew exactly what to say when things got tough.

It breaks my heart that we won’t have you here to lean on for advice in the upcoming seasons, coming in to do the dishes, grabbing another lemon lime bitters or telling dad off for spending too much money.

Brian, thank you for every conversation, every lesson, every laugh and every bit of belief you gave our family.

Your name will forever live on at Wild West Bowling through Brian Hammer’s Bull Bar, but more importantly, your legacy will live on in the people whose lives you changed.

Bye, Brian.

You’ll be missed more than words can ever express 🤍

People will call you crazy before they call you successful.

The bigger your vision, the fewer people will understand it.

Some will question you.
Some will doubt you.
Some will try to convince you to play it safe.

Not because your dream is impossible…

But because your growth forces them to look at their own lives.

If you know you’re building something bigger than yourself, don’t let someone else’s fear become your limit.

Find people who challenge you, inspire you, and remind you why you started.
