Real conversations about relationships, recovery, mental health, personal growth and creativity.

Sharing stories, insights and perspectives that help people navigate life's challenges, find purpose and keep moving forward. As time progresses, I hope to not only showcase my own ability's as a DJ, but those of many others I know at present from years of friendship, to anyone I have the honour of collaborating with on this journey, deeper into the industry of... Electronic Dance Music!

Sometimes a door closes and it feels personal.
A relationship ends.
An opportunity disappears.
A plan falls apart.
A path you believed in no longer works.
It can feel like failure.
But not everything that ends was meant to continue.
Some doors close because they were leading you somewhere you no longer belong.
Some endings create room for clarity.
Some disappointments redirect you toward something more aligned.
It may still hurt.
But a closed door is not always proof you failed.
Sometimes it is the beginning of a better direction.

Being strong does not mean you never struggle.
It does not mean you never feel overwhelmed.
It does not mean you don’t need help.
It does not mean carrying everything alone with a smile.
Some of the strongest people are simply the ones who have had no choice but to keep going.
But strength should not become a life sentence of silence.
You can be capable and still need care.
You can be resilient and still need rest.
You can be the person others lean on and still deserve somewhere safe to lean too.
Strong people need support too.

Sometimes life repeats the same lesson until we finally stop calling it bad luck.
The same type of relationship.
The same kind of conflict.
The same self-sabotage.
The same fear of speaking up.
The same habit of choosing what hurts because it feels familiar.
Patterns are not always fate.
Sometimes they are invitations to pause and ask what we keep accepting, avoiding, or recreating.
You are not trapped in every cycle you inherited or learned.
Awareness gives you the chance to choose differently.
And choosing differently is where change begins.

Sometimes the smallest things can open up the biggest questions.

A grain of sand.
A wild flower.
A quiet moment.
A thought that stops you for a second.

Life has a way of reminding us that meaning is not always found in the loud, obvious places. Sometimes it is hidden in the simple things we usually rush past.

That is part of what What Now Then? is about.

Slowing down enough to notice.
Asking better questions.
Looking at life, people, struggle, healing, and growth with a little more honesty.

Because sometimes one line, one conversation, or one moment of reflection can change the way we see everything.

What Now Then?
Real conversations. Real people. Real life.

Healthy conversations are not about everyone thinking the same way.
They are about people being willing to listen.
You can disagree with someone and still respect them.
You can see things differently and still try to understand.
You can hold another perspective without turning it into a battle.
A lot of conflict gets worse because people are not really listening.
They are preparing their defence.
They are trying to win.
But connection requires more than proving your point.
Sometimes maturity is being able to say, “I don’t see it the same way, but I hear you.”

Loyalty is a beautiful thing when it is healthy.
It means showing up.
Being honest.
Standing by people through difficult seasons.
Not leaving at the first sign of imperfection.
But loyalty should not mean accepting repeated disrespect.
It should not mean silence when something is hurting you.
It should not mean losing yourself just to prove you care.
Real loyalty has room for truth.
It has room for boundaries.
It has room for both people to matter.
If loyalty requires you to abandon yourself, it may not be loyalty.
It may be fear.

Sometimes we stay in familiar places because they feel comfortable.
Even when they hurt us.
Even when they limit us.
Even when they keep us repeating the same patterns.
Familiar pain can feel safer than unfamiliar peace.
That’s why growth can feel strange at first.
Your nervous system may not immediately trust something healthier.
But comfort is not always safety.
Sometimes comfort is just what you know.
And sometimes healing means choosing what is good for you, even before it feels normal.

10/09/2026

Healing is not always soft and peaceful from the outside.
Sometimes healing looks like saying no.
Leaving early.
Speaking up.
Changing your mind.
Refusing old roles.
Not explaining yourself to everyone.
And yes, some people may be disappointed.
Especially if they were comfortable with the version of you who had no boundaries.
But disappointment is not always proof you did something wrong.
Sometimes it is proof you stopped abandoning yourself.
Healing often requires you to become less convenient to people who benefited from you being easy to access.

Your mental health is not something you only look after when everything else is done.
It is not a reward for being productive.
It is not something you earn after pushing yourself to breaking point.
It is not selfish to need rest, space, support, or time to breathe.
A lot of people treat their mental health like an inconvenience until their mind and body force them to stop.
But looking after yourself is not weakness.
It is responsibility.
You cannot keep pouring from an empty place and expect it not to cost you eventually.
Your peace matters.
Your rest matters.
Your emotional wellbeing matters.
Mental health is not a luxury.
It is part of the foundation that everything else is built on.

Why Happiness Depends on Balancing Your Inner and Outer Life 07/09/2026

Can life look successful on the outside while still feeling empty within?

In my latest video, I explore the balance between our inner life—our mental health, values, healing and spiritual growth—and our outer life of work, money, relationships, achievement and experiences.

I think of them as two gardens.

If we constantly tend one while neglecting the other, something eventually begins to suffer.

But balance doesn’t mean dividing life perfectly in half. It means recognising which side needs more attention at this particular point in your life.
