Hector’s journey is the ultimate definition of earning mastery from the ground up. Having an architecture degree didn’t stop him from starting at the very bottom sweeping floors. Instead, he blended that design knowledge with raw, on-site experience, making him the perfect person to be handed the responsibility of curating and building our standard details volume from scratch.

Today, it remains an ever-evolving blueprint of everything we do.
Now, he’s passing that invaluable, practical wisdom down to Bert and Christina.

Our favorite thing about our new team members? Their attitude. They have the humility to learn, the hunger to grow, and a passion for turning theory into practice.
