And that never sat right with me.

So I created Property Uncut to give WA property buyers somewhere to actually learn before they buy.

No jargon. No scare tactics. No telling you what property you should or shouldn’t buy.

Just practical, plain-English education to help you understand the process, know what questions to ask and make better-informed decisions for yourself.

Every time I thought Property Uncut was ready, something changed.

The market shifted. Legislation changed. I rebuilt the entire platform, created a brand new website, re-recorded lessons to keep everything current… and somehow kept coming up with more content because no two property-buying journeys are the same.

All while selling houses, being a mum, a wife, and trying to keep up with life (fuelled mostly by coffee… and occasionally wine 🍷).

I could have launched sooner.

But I didn’t want to launch something that I knew could be better.

So I kept building.

Everything is designed to help WA property buyers feel more confident before they sign anything.

I wasn’t sure if I should share this.

But today, the most difficult transaction of my career finally settled.

It’s also a big part of the reason I’ve been so quiet on social media lately. 🙃

It’s been a challenging couple of months, and while I won’t be sharing the specifics, there was one lesson that I couldn’t stop thinking about.

As real estate professionals, we can explain contracts, encourage questions and ask, “Do you understand?” as many times as we need to.

But if someone is too embarrassed, too overwhelmed, afraid to admit they don’t understand, or there’s a language barrier… that’s where things can start to unravel.

Moments like this are exactly why I created Property Uncut.

Not to replace the professionals involved in buying a home, but to help buyers feel informed and confident enough to ask the questions that matter.
