With the external walls complete, you can really start to appreciate the layout, room sizes and how the finished home will come together.

Pre-Start Complete 🏡

A big milestone for Chris and Laz, who have now completed their Pre-Start appointment for their new investment property with Future First Homes.

They came prepared with a colonial/hamptons coastal vision, working through their colours, finishes and selections to create a crisp, airy and minimalist look throughout the home. Think light neutral tones, warm timber finishes and a clean, timeless palette.

With Pre-Start complete, the next steps are already underway, including finalising variations, costings and developer approval before their home progresses towards construction.

It was a pleasure helping Chris and Laz bring their ideas together and seeing their investment property start to take shape.

A huge congratulations to our newest homeowners who officially received the keys to their brand new home.
