Mister Nosh is a family-owned, HACCP approved business led by mother-daughter duo Irene Kurandy and Lea Sigglekow, who bring over 40 years of commercial fresh food expertise to their passion for crafting delicious, gluten-free recipes. Motivated by their own allergen intolerances and dissatisfied by the bland gluten free options in the market, they set out to revolutionise the industry, all while operating their own bustling café in Fremantle WA. Drawing from their cherished family recipe catalogue, they developed and thoroughly tested a unique range of gluten free wholesale products through their café. These recipes prioritise flavour and texture, proving that gluten free can be indistinguishable from traditional foods. With a commitment to quality using fresh, locally sourced ingredients from ethical, sustainable suppliers free of synthetic chemicals; every hand-made product is quality controlled, and delivered to local supermarkets, IGAs, Good Grocers, cafes and eateries. Mister Nosh ensures that customers with gluten intolerances can enjoy wholesome, flavourful food. Irene and Lea’s dedication to nourishing their community with honest, nutritious recipes reflects their heartfelt gratitude for the support that fuels their mission.

Our shop front has been open for nearly 8 months, where has the time gone 😅 We are so grateful to meet each & every one of you, we love the support especially people telling us that they are so grateful we have opened a shop and thank us 🥹
The next 3 months we are expanding further to make our shop a little bigger with more selection of frozen and fresh products please let us know in the comments what you want to see more of or less of 🤍 Don’t be shy 😂
