Monday night Albo hosted a $2,500-a-head yacht club dinner in Perth's richest suburb.

He was there meeting and mingling with WA's mining and gas elites.

Cabinet members from across the country all came to attend just his dinner alone.

Woodside continues to take West Aussies for a ride, and under this Labor government they've gotten away with it, stealing our gas and destroying our planet.

Today we paid Georgia Tree, a Woodside lobbyist and Labour’s candidate in the Secret Harbour by-election, a visit.

We handed Georgia her payslip for all the work she’s been doing during the election. Woodside has donated to WA Labor over $14,000 since Georgia was announced as the candidate. We thought it only fair we give her that money in person.

Before becoming a lobbyist for Woodside, Georgia worked for the federal resources minister Madeline King, with whom she said she has stayed friends whilst working for Woodside.

Georgia insists she is not a lobbyist, but what else do government relations advisers do at Woodside other than lobby the state and federal governments?

This morning we faced court over our disruption of Albos appearance at a Chamber of Minerals and Energy WA industry breakfast in April, where we crashed his event and stormed the stage in protest of Woodside’s toxic Browse gas project.

The proposed gas project will threaten the sacred Murujuga rock art, the world’s oldest and largest collections of rock art, as well as Scott Reef, one of the most important coral reefs in Australia, which is home to thousands of species including many endemic ones.

We know how bad Browse would be for First Nations culture, people, and the environment if approved. It’s time Roger Cook stepped out of the Woodside boardroom and looked out for ordinary people.

Following our disruption of Woodside’s AGM Liz Westcott took to the media to claim victimhood saying activists endangered security personal as she continues to excuse and enable Woodside’s ecocide.

WOODSIDE DISRUPTED

Yesterday morning, we targeted and disrupted the Woodside AGM, a company currently committing ecocide, with the Burrup Hub expansion project set to kill over 1 million people over its 50-year lifespan.

So, it’s great when a climate denier such as Barnaby Joyce weighs in, advocating that we remove safeguard mechanisms and that we hand him some money.

So, here’s our dare for you, Barnaby: start reading the science.
