❗️5 signs you need to replace your safety glasses ❗️

1️⃣ Your safety eyewear is old. Have you been using the same pair of glasses for a while? If so, it is time for an update. The new eyewear on the market include features that will offer you greater protection too.

2️⃣ You have changed job or work environments. It’s important that your eyewear is suited to your personal requirements, your work task and your work conditions. The wrong eyewear could increase the risk of injury.

3️⃣ You have changed prescription. If you have prescription lens and these have recently changed, then your eyewear will need updating too. When was the last time you went to the optometrist and had your eyes checked?

4️⃣ Your safety eyewear is damaged. If you were unwell or injured, you wouldn’t be able to do your job properly. It’s the same with safety goggles - they are unable to protect your eyes if cracked or scratched.

5️⃣ You’re not able to see clearly with your current eyewear. As safety glasses age, surface coatings can start to wear way, making them more susceptible to fogging up and being affect by the sun. If you can’t see clearly, it’s time for a new pair.
