Behind every heavy haul is a fleet built to handle it.
Our DTMT Logistics prime mover fleet includes:
✅ 6× Mack Superliners
✅ 1× Kenworth T909
✅ 12× Volvo FH16 Globetrotters
Plus specialised trailing equipment:
✅ 2 × 100-tonne extendable floats and dollies
✅ 2 × 100-tonne floats and dollies
✅ 5 × 50-tonne floats and dollies
Backed by 120+ pieces of plant and trailing equipment, our team is equipped to move general freight through to the most complex heavy haulage across Western Australia and beyond.
Getting the job done right, the first time.
A winter's day on the road, moving the big stuff.
Thanks to our driver John Millington for sharing a look at life on the road with DTMT Logistics.

Truck driving can mean long hours, long distances and plenty of time on your own.
That’s why the people around you matter.
The mate who checks in after a long run. The voice on the radio. The crew back at the depot. The people at home who keep in touch when work takes you across the state.
On International Day of Friendship, we’re giving a nod to the mates and connections that help make life on the road a little less lonely.
In transport, looking out for each other matters. On the road and off it.
We hate to see her go, but we do love watching her get to work.
DTMT Logistics’ new 100T float hits the road behind one of our Kenworth prime movers.
The float adds further capability to our heavy haulage fleet, supporting the safe and efficient movement of larger plant and equipment across WA.
New kit, same job: keeping projects moving with the right gear behind the task.

Anyone who works in oversize transport knows the real work starts well before the wheels turn.
A route can look straightforward on paper. In practice, each combination brings its own constraints, every route has its pinch points and a successful movement depends on getting the detail right.
Behind every successful oversize movement sits the route planning, the checks, the contingencies and the experience to spot a problem before it becomes one.

Perth to Port Hedland is 1,628 kilometres.
For Pilbara project teams, that's the distance between your freight arriving on time and your project waiting.
We run regular linehaul services on this corridor. Not occasionally, consistently. The same operators, the same discipline around fatigue management and scheduling, the same expectation of on-time delivery regardless of what the road or conditions throw at us.
It's a demanding run. Heat, distance and remoteness don't leave room for poor planning or operators who don't know the road. Our team does.
If you're moving freight to or from the Pilbara, get in touch.

The later you bring transport in, the fewer options you have.
For oversize and heavy haulage moves, most of the work happens before the truck leaves the yard. Here are the seven steps we follow on every move.

Mining logistics in WA isn't a standard freight problem.
Remote sites. Tight project schedules. Equipment that can't be delayed without costing your operation significantly. When you're procuring transport for a WA mining project, the logistics partner you choose carries real project risk.
We work regularly across WA's resource corridors, so our team understands the permit requirements, the remote road conditions and the es**rt coordination that regional mining transport demands.
What that means for your project:
→ Experienced operators who know regional WA
→ Modern fleet including 100T floats and extendable equipment
→ Full permit and compliance management across jurisdictions
→ Live tracking and proactive communication throughout
If you're planning a project mobilisation, shutdown support or ongoing haulage in the second half of 2026, we'd welcome a conversation early.
