Wishing Abigail all the very best as she heads back to Monaco for another year at the Princess Grace Academy! ✨ Académie Princesse Grace
It has been such a pleasure having Abigail work with our team while she was back in Perth over the summer break. We have loved supporting her strength and conditioning throughout the break, helping her maintain the capacity she needs to meet the demands of full-time dance training ❤️
Want to improve your turnout? These are some of Suh’s favourite ways to build the strength to support it! 💪🏼
Turnout isn’t just about flexibility, having the strength and control to use your available range is just as important!!
Programming these on repeat this week! 💁♀️
