Welcome to the 80's era of Aroha 💃🕺

💛 R U OK?

Today we take a moment to remind our staff, clients, families, friends, carers, colleagues and wider community that a simple question can make a meaningful difference.

We never truly know what someone may be going through behind the scenes. Sometimes, a person may be carrying more than they feel able to share. Sometimes, they may simply need someone to notice, listen and remind them that they are not alone.

A genuine “Are you okay?” can be the beginning of an important conversation.

💛 Ask. Listen. Connect.

Let’s keep checking in on each other and creating a space where everyone feels heard and supported.

And most importantly, let’s make it okay to say, “I’m not okay."

Our hearts and thoughts are with the people of Nepal and the Nepalese community around the world during this incredibly difficult time.

To our Nepalese staff members, clients, students, friends and the wider Nepalese community here in Perth please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. 🙏🇳🇵

We stand beside you, your families and loved ones. May those affected find strength, safety and hope and may everyone in Nepal remain safe during these challenging days.

You are not alone. We are here with you. ❤️

🇳🇵🙏 Our thoughts. Our prayers. Our community.
