Last Thursday evening, we had the pleasure of bringing together our valued clients and retailers for a wonderful evening at the Crystal Club.

With spectacular views across the Perth skyline and an incredible sunset as the backdrop, it was the perfect setting to relax, connect and celebrate after a few busy days at the Forum.

A special thank you to our Director - Sales and Leasing, Paul Davison, who has been an integral part of the Vend Property team for 14 years, and our Head of Finance, Dana Wang, who has been with us for 12 years. Their commitment, knowledge and contribution over so many years has helped shape our team into what it is today.

We'd also like to extend our sincere thanks to the team at the Crystal Club for their amazing service and for helping make the evening such a success.

Yesterday, Vend was proud to host the Large Format Retail Association (LFRA) 2026 WA Study Tour, with captain Jeff Klopper as coach host!

The tour provided members with valuable insight into Perth's evolving large format retail landscape, with visits to major development sites, established LFR centres, and individual store formats.

Vend Property has been appointed by JC Albany Pty Ltd to manage Albany's dedicated large format retail destination. The centre serves as a prominent shopping hub for the great southern region, housing several major national tenants such as Anaconda, Autobarn, and JB Hi-Fi.

We wrapped up the financial year in style on Friday with a team celebration at Light Years, and were thoroughly spoilt with amazing food and drinks thanks to our Managing Director, Jeff Klopper. Always a pleasure to celebrate our hard work and enjoy some well deserved time together.

Vend Property is proud to announce our appointment by Coral Coast Nominees to manage Geraldton's newest retail destination situated along North West Coastal Highway in Geraldton. The centre is anchored by two first to market Large Format Retail powerhouses, Sydney Tools and Anaconda.
