Ive been wanting to do some pics with these flowers for a while now so when they finally bloomed again this winter I had to do a session!

I’ve been admiring these flowers since I was a little kid, on those winter 4WDing trips with the fam. My sisters and I were always captivated by how pretty they looked in the winter light.

The beautiful Joy, brought my vision to life and looked like a goddess doing it! I am so obsessed with how these turned out!

These photos hold such a special place in my heart because I got to take them for my best friend 🩵

Soon baby boy will be here, and I genuinely can’t wait to meet him. Abbey and her husband Grady have been such a huge part of my life and have supported me in so many ways, not only personally, but in my photography journey too. From the very first time I somehow convinced them into letting me take their photos so I could practice and on to their engagement photos, their pregnancy announcement and now abbeys maternity pictures. It’s soooo special getting to capture all these moments for them.

I already know they’re going to be the most incredible parents, and this little boy is so so lucky to have them.

Abbey wanted these photos to celebrate her body and all the changes that come with pregnancy. I hope that these images can encourage other women to embrace their own changing bodies too, rather than feel like they need to hide them. Every stretch, curve and change is part of such a beautiful chapter, and something to be proud of.

So grateful I got to capture this for you, Abs. I love you endlessly and can’t wait to watch you become a mum 💙

Annika and Mason 🩵

The softest sunset at the beach, just the two of them and their pup Lola. She spent the session running through the water, having the absolute best time and shaking water all over us, which had us laughing so much. And her little derp face as she came running through? Too funny 😆

You couldn’t regret capturing these quiet little moments before everything changes and your family grows. The kind of memories you’ll be so glad you have to look back on 🩵

This morning started at a VERY chilly 3°C, but Carla, Indi, Jordan & baby Maverick absolutely nailed it 💙

We did approximately 3000 spins until we were all dizzy, my hands nearly froze to my camera, and I somehow managed to get myself tangled in my scarf and camera strap by the end (peep the last slide) 😂

But honestly, winter mornings are SO worth it. The soft light, cosy cuddles and all those in-between moments are magic 🥹

So don’t skip your family photos just because it’s cold or rainy. Rug up, come have some fun with me and we’ll make some memories (and hopefully keep all our limbs warm 😂)
