The EXSS Sprint Duathlon has a course for everyone, whether you’re chasing the podium or taking on your first duathlon.

🏃‍♀️🚴‍♀️ Sprint Course
• 2 × 2.5 km run laps
• 3 × bike laps
• 1 × 2.5 km run lap

🏃‍♀️🚴 Bolt Course
• 1 × 2.5 km run lap
• 2 × bike laps
• 1 × 1.25 km run lap

🏃🚴 Novice/Tinlids
• 1 × 1 km run lap
• 1 × bike lap
• 1 × 1 km run lap
