There’s something really special about creating hair that isn’t designed to bring you back every six weeks.
We refresh her colour once a year. Not because we forget about it. Because we designed it that way. A colour that grows with her, softens with time and still feels intentional months later. Then, once a year, we get to sit down together and do it all again.
Hours of colour, tiny decisions, placement, blending and finally, extensions. Taking what she already has and building on it until you can’t quite tell where her hair ends and the extensions begin.
I think sometimes we get so caught up in the before and after that we forget how much happens in the middle.
This is the middle And I think that’s pretty fu***ng special.

As much as i appreciate a curated feed, it’s not the reality of being a salon owner. There are so many messy moments amongst the chaos and I became so focused on only sharing perfect posts, that I nearly didn’t share this.
A moment that salon owners work tirelessly towards.

We’ve always believed the way a salon feels matters just as much as the way you leave it.
And while we love the energy of Eesome at its busiest, we also know that isn’t what everyone is looking for.
Some people want fewer voices around them. A little less movement. A few hours where the world feels smaller and someone else takes care of the details.
Mondays + Thursdays naturally give us that. We didn’t create them to be different.
They just are.
And maybe, for some of you, that’s exactly what makes them right.
FIRST THINGS FIRST
Toners, Root shadows, Root melts, Glosses, Glazes are all the same fu***ng thing. They’re all Semi-Permanent.
Semi permanent are the perfect option, If you need to add shine, adjust the tone, improve the condition or blend out your colour if you can’t commit to a full/overhaul appointment.
Not every appointment has to break the bank sometimes it’s about the little tweaks that make the biggest difference.
