30 years of Building Better Communities.

On 1 August, B Strata proudly celebrated 30 years in business. It is an extraordinary milestone and a very special moment in our story.

On Friday evening, we gathered at Moana Hall with our team, industry colleagues, contractors, suppliers and friends to celebrate the occasion. It was a spectacular night, made even more meaningful by having our founders, Joan Bellerby and Jacky Courtney, there alongside B Strata’s current leadership team and staff.

From our beginnings as Bellcourt Strata Management to the B Strata of today, our business has grown and evolved, but the relationships at the heart of what we do have always remained fundamental.

Thirty years in business is only possible because of people: the people with the vision and courage to begin; the people who have contributed along the way; the people who make up our exceptional team today; and the clients, industry colleagues and business partners who continue to place their trust in us.

To everyone who joined us on Friday night, thank you for making the celebration so memorable. And to everyone who has been part of the B Strata story over the past 30 years, thank you.

We are incredibly proud of where we have come from, grateful for the people who have helped shape our journey, and genuinely excited about what lies ahead.

Now in our sixth year, this event continues to grow thanks to the support of our incredible community. Thank you to our suppliers and contractors who attended and generously donated, and to our B Strata team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make it happen.
