A celebration of the Great Southern! For one night only, Small Print welcomes two of WA's most celebrated chefs: Paul Iskov, founder of the acclaimed Fervor, alongside Executive Chef Paolo del Monte, for an immersive dining experience exploring the flavours of the Great Southern.

Think Albany's rugged coastline. Denmark's fertile hinterland. The producers that make this region one of Australia's most acclaimed. Each course will be paired with w**es from eight boutique Great Southern w**eries, carefully selected to highlight the depth, diversity and character of one of Australia's most acclaimed w**e regions.

This season, Small Print presents Chocktail, a decadent tasting experience pairing four petite cocktails with four premium pralines from Perth's own .

Designed to be explored at your own pace, enjoy each pairing as intended or create your own combinations throughout the flight. You will be poured four mini cocktails alongside the four pralines, then choose your favourite to be made up full size.

Intimate, indulgent and a little unexpected, Chocktail is where boozy depth meets chocolate craftsmanship.
