Here we were asked to design and build a new ancillary dwelling on a recently subdivided section of land.
We created a custom 70 square metre home, often called a granny flat. It’s carefully tailored to our client’s brief. With features raked high ceilings, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, and an airy, light-filled layout that flows effortlessly.
The property has since received its own title and is now the client’s primary home.
