Joshua Davis

Joshua Davis is a successful serial entrepreneur and serves as the CEO and Managing Director of Trace Archaeology and Trace Ecology. He is constantly evaluating trends and patterns globally, assessing the implications and practical applications of care and empathy within an ever-changing world. Joshua spearheaded the employee centric focus at Trace, including the 4-day work week initiative, which has not only promoted a healthier work-life balance and given back to the team, but increased productivity and quality of our products. Joshua has been described as a forward-thinking and driven leader within the business, heritage and environmental sectors. He consistently assesses his companies’ positions and formulates highly calculated business development and implementation strategies that have seen consistent and sustainable growth within both of his businesses. In addition to running multiple companies, Joshua is constantly looking for new ventures to invest in, acquire, develop and nurture. He loves to learn and spends considerable time reading each week. Joshua serves on the board of the Laverton Training Centre as a Non-Executive Director.
