Not because everything’s easy right now. It’s not. Wages are up. Super payday’s here. EFTPOS and credit card fees keep creeping higher. Product costs are up. Shipping’s up. And it’s that time of year again, where you’re already running on fumes before you’ve even got to the next few months of 2026.

I’m proud of you anyway.

Running a business right now is genuinely hard. Anyone who tells you it should be easy “if you just work harder” hasn’t been in the thick of it.

You’re not behind. You’re not failing. You’re doing an incredibly hard thing, in a hard economy, and you’re still here.

I tell my mentoring clients this all the time, but you deserve to hear it too.
