~ Your local on the Canning River Welcome to your new local on the river - The Rowing Pavilion. You can call us ‘The Pav'.
A place where everyone is welcome & encouraged to come as they are. We are nestled into the banks of the Canning River, resting on an iconic site full of rich history - from the Nyoongar people gathering here to storytell, to the 1962 Empire Games for which the pavilion was built, to the present day housing Rowing WA and active rowing sheds. People have long come together here to celebrate, storytell & connect with their community. Our menu focuses on modern Australian classics with an Asian twist using fresh & local produce. Our cocktails have been designed to celebrate native Australian botanicals & to be enjoyed on our balcony while soaking up the panoramic river views.

Two weeks ago we hosted our final Meet the Maker with Fervor Wine 🍷
We’ve loved having Shepherd’s Hut, Howard Park and Fevor Wines join us over the last three months in guiding us through a tasting of some of their beautiful wines.
Thank you to each of our guests for joining us, we hope you enjoyed the tastings just as much as we have and we can’t wait to see you next time!!
