LEFTY-BLUE SKY
lefty debute EP is finally out!
It’s been insane to watch this band put this EP together. Their knowledge and confidence in the studio is always impressive and I’m super excited to see what lays ahead for these guys.

Prettypretty-Fact Of Fiction
The first track off prettypretty EP is now live!
I had the pleasure of focusing in on the mixing and mastering of this project. I’m excited for everyone to hear what they’ve been working hard towards putting out!

Lefty – Live In Studio
Lefty were gracious enough to hit the studio with Free Time to showcase a handful of tracks from their upcoming EP! This session absolutely rips, and watching it go down live was a highlight of the day for everyone in the room.
This episode also closes out the final instalment of this season of Free Time. It’s been incredible getting to showcase so much of Perth’s underground music scene, and the team and I are already hard at work getting the next season together as soon as we can.

Gloss -Bitter And Insolent
The first Gloss release is now out!
‘Rosary’ & ‘Teeth’ are genuinely two of my personal favourites tracks I’ve worked on in a long time. Devastatingly beautiful. Gloss manages to cover genres from dream pop to punk with ease. Crazy impressive for a first release!

Gloam – In Spite Of Never Ending
Before we even hit record, so much discussion went into what we wanted to achieve sonically and aesthetically with this project.
Having collaborated with Gloam for almost four years now, my role within their project has ranged massively. From capturing what they do best to being hands-on creatively.
The foundations of the record were tracked in my favourite drum room in Perth advantage of Gloams personal in-ear monitoring system really showcases how technology can inform capturing authentic performances.
I believe this project really boils down what Gloam do best. Hats off to one of the hardest working bands in Perth.
