At Knight and Kay I use targeted massage to help you move easier and feel steadier. Two techniques I often combine:

• Myofascial release - eases chronic tension by reducing muscle guarding and restoring gentle tissue glide. Best for long‑standing stiffness that limits daily tasks.

• Trigger point work - releases tight knots that refer pain and speeds recovery from post‑exercise soreness.

Every plan is tailored so I choose the right approach for you. I focus on improved function - getting you up stairs, into the garden, or through your day with less effort and reducing pain.

On a little break and making the most of it. Getting my steps in, squeezing in some exercise, and actually touching grass for a change. 🌿🚶‍♂️💪 Sometimes the best way to recharge is to step away, get outside, and move. Back soon with a fresh perspective!

I design short, safe rehab routines that help you move with more ease. My personalised programs combine guided exercises and hands-on massage to reduce stiffness, improve balance, and build everyday confidence.

Try gentle standing balance drills, seated mobility flows, and simple strength moves you can do daily. Notice clearer steps, fewer flare-ups, and more comfort reaching or walking.

Good morning from Knight and Kay. Lets get you ready for the day ahead.

Start gently: sit at the edge of your bed, take three slow breaths, then march your feet in place for 30–60 seconds to wake your hips and calm morning stiffness.

Try a seated pelvic tilt next — 8–10 slow repetitions — to ease low back tension and support safer movement through the day.

I choose simple, repeatable steps you can do from home with minimal pain. How does your morning routine feel today? Share one small win below 🧡🤍🌅🏡

Gentle movement can make daily life easier. Try this mini routine at home to build stability, ease pain and feel more confident with transfers.

1) Seated march — purpose: improve hip stability and blood flow. Start slow; I add hold time as you get stronger.
2) Side leg lift (chair support) — purpose: challenge balance and hip strength. Use the back of a chair and progress from small lifts to higher range.
3) Heel-to-toe stand — purpose: retrain balance and reduce wobble when standing or walking. Hold for short bursts and increase duration as tolerated.

I personalise each step at Knight and Kay, progressing only when you’re ready and keeping safety top of mind.

Outcomes you can expect: steadier transfers, less reliance on help, and reduced pain with movement. If you live in Kinross WA, Australia and want a tailored plan, link in bio to learn more and book a safe, progressive program with me.

Step inside my treatment room and feel the care I build around you. I start by asking what feels safe and comfortable. Then I adjust positioning, pacing and pressure to suit your body — pillows, bolsters and towels are ready when you need them.

I use a range of gentle modalities: slow Swedish-style strokes, targeted myofascial release, trigger point, cupping techniques and red light therapy. I check in often and change anything that doesn’t feel right.

I welcome older adults and people with disabilities or chronic pain from Kinross WA and nearby.

Your comfort comes first.

At Knight & Kay I use hands-on techniques to ease stiffness and help you move more comfortably. I use three gentle, evidence-based approaches such as hands on muscle manipulation, cupping and red light therapy. These techniques are very beneficial for mature age, chronic pain and those needing a therapist that listens and adjusts the technique and pressure to suit.

Have questions or want to book? Tell us which movement bothers you most — we’ll reply with tailored guidance.

I help people to restore balance and everyday independence. First you practice safe movement, then build strength for gardening, shopping and getting in and out of chairs. Each session is tailored, progressed slowly, and prioritised safety and confidence. If daily tasks feel harder than they should, I can help with a personalised plan and hands-on support. Tell us: which everyday task would you like to get back to?

Let me guide you through a short, safe rehab sequence designed for limited mobility. Watch how I start with gentle range-of-motion, progress to supported standing, then add small balance and strength steps as you’re ready. Each move is adapted from your assessment and paced to reduce pain, improve walking distance, and make daily tasks easier.

I am hands-on and tailor every program to your goals. If you live in Kinross WA or local and want a personalised plan, tell me which task you’d like to make easier — I’ll help you get there.
