Does your dog’s harness actually fit properly? 👀
You also want to check that:
🐾 It doesn't rub against the armpits
🐾 It doesn't restrict shoulder movement
🐾 Sits comfortably across the chest
🐾 Stays secure without putting unnecessary pressure on the neck
Your dog should be able to walk, sniff, turn and move naturally without constantly adjusting or fighting against their harness 🤙
And if you notice rubbing, chafing, restricted movement or your dog constantly trying to get out of it... it's worth checking the fit 🤔
This is especially important for deep-chested dogs, where finding the right fit can be a little trickier 😮‍💨
