It was especially meaningful to have Albert's family there to celebrate alongside us. They have been an extended part of the Lease Equity family throughout his journey, and it was fitting they could share such an important milestone with him.

More than anything, it was an opportunity to thank Albert for his generosity, leadership and the lasting impact he has had on so many people throughout his career.

Today we acknowledge and celebrate the outstanding contribution of Albert Sertorio, a true pillar of Lease Equity.

Albert joined the business at a pivotal moment in our growth, bringing stability, leadership, and unwavering support during some of our most defining years. Over more than 15 years with us, he has been a trusted leader, a generous mentor, and an anchor for so many across the organisation.

His career spans more than 35 years of excellence in the retail property sector. From Whitford City to Midland Gate, Enex to Forrest Chase, Albert has stewarded some of Western Australia’s most significant retail assets through redevelopment and transformation. His impact is etched into the properties he helped shape and the people he guided along the way.

Albert is the embodiment of professionalism, integrity, and genuine collegiality — a gentleman, a mentor, a friend, and a respected industry figure.

Albert, thank you for everything. Your leadership, wisdom, and presence will be deeply missed. Enjoy the next chapter — one you have more than earned.
