We’re back with another Team Member Spotlight, and this September, we’re introducing Kate Michelle Padit from our Student Services & Admin team! 👋

Kate’s day-to-day role involves processing enrolments, following up on payments and purchase orders, supporting student queries, providing administrative support, and collaborating with different teams to keep things running smoothly.

What she enjoys most about her work is being able to help others, from students and colleagues to clients and the wider organisation. For Kate, even addressing a concern or helping with a simple request brings a genuine sense of fulfilment and satisfaction. 🧡

She also loves being part of a team that is supportive, hardworking and inclusive, and values the respectful culture at Trainwest. Most of all, she sees herself as part of a wider organisation working together towards a common goal: being the best at what we do as an RTO.

Not every change in behaviour means something is wrong. But it might be a reason to check in.

They might be stressed.
